Key Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination and operations of Reading Partners' tutoring programs at a school partner
Provide ongoing tutoring to students and manage student and tutor data records
Forge and maintain positive relationships with students, families, tutors, and school staff
Guide, coach, and provide feedback and ongoing support to volunteer tutors
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
US Citizenship, Permanent Resident Status, or US National
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Commitment to successfully completing a full term of service (1,200+ hours)
