Employee Relations Investigator

Job Description: • Plan, conduct, and document detailed and unbiased investigations into employee complaints and allegations • Gather relevant information, interview involved parties, and review pertinent documents and records • Ensure investigations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry best practices • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and employee relations matters • Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and practices to ensure consistent and fair handling of employee relations matters • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate investigative reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations for resolution • Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders as needed • Assist with training on employee relations topics, including workplace harassment, discrimination, and conflict resolution Requirements: • At least 7 years of relevant overall experience • At least 5 years of Employee Relations Investigations experience • Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane travel) • Master's degree preferred • Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs • Confidential counseling and financial coaching • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access and many other benefits depending on eligibility Apply tot his job
