Employee Experience Coordinator

The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to the Media Group clients, collaborating with business partners to address challenges and deliver solutions. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Head of Human Resources, NBCU Media Group, and the broader Media Group HR team as needed Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives, including coordinating logistics for speaker series, recognition programs, and supporting employee surveys Generate HR reporting on key metrics for the central Media Group HR team Analyze data and create clear presentations to support HR strategies and initiatives Manage special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals, while offering support to other department members as needed Oversee general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, streamlining operations, and ensuring day-to-day functions run smoothly for the HR department Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 1+ year of HR or related experience in meeting fast-paced employee based or client needs Must be willing to work in New York, NYAdvanced proficiency in bolthires Excel (data processing, pivot tables, charts, formulas) and PowerPoint Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional follow-through Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all aspects of work Comfortable with administrative duties and managing heavy workflow "Customer service" mindset with the ability to address and resolve employee inquiries effectively Exceptional communication skills, with professional ability to communicate at all levels Solid interest in a career in Human Resources or Internal Communications, with a focus on the media industry Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, establishing yourself as a trusted HR resource for the team and employees Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, problem-solving approach Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) Paid leave Tuition reimbursement A variety of other discounts and perks Company Overview NBCUniversal is a media company that provides entertainment and news development, production, distribution, and marketing services.It is a sub-organization of bolthires.
