Come build the future of pharmacy with us./ppThe Principal Pricing Analyst leads complex analyses, financial modeling, and reporting to create new business insights and strategies for Primes financial pricing programs and will drive the strategic vision for financial pricing analyses and reporting. Will also provide complex consultation and analytic insight to internal and external stakeholders and is a primary contact for financial pricing information./ppResponsibilities:/pulliProvide leadership and subject matter expertise on Primes financial pricing programs/liliDevelop analytic recommendations that directly impact Primes financial pricing strategies, financial contract management, profit drivers and the organizations financial value statement/liliLead the development of financial analytic pricing methodologies, models, reports and new products to drive and influence business decisions and outcomes/liliDemonstrate advanced knowledge of Primes financial pricing practices and analytic models; develop solutions to a variety of complex problems/liliDrive enterprise-wide transformation and process improvement to financial pricing analytics processes and programs/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in applied math, statistics, engineering, accounting, finance, economics, business, computer sciences or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required/lili8 years of work experience in pricing or financial analysis to include 5 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), claims processing, healthcare, and/or related field/lili3 years of experience using Tableau, SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Teradata, R, or Python technologies/liliMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship/li/ulpAdditional Qualifications:/pulliExtensive PBM industry knowledge and deep understanding of the financial levers of a PBM; ability to articulate the industry trends to internal and external clients, and the impact of trends and changes to PBM and client financials/liliAbility to establish rapport and effectively influence at all levels within an organization/liliExpert ability to communicate effectively and present complex data to a wide variety of audiences/liliExpert influencing skills to drive change and adoption of new analytic capabilities to support pricing financial analytics/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliMasters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Math or related area of study/liliExperience in Big Data and Data Analytics/li/ulpEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.
