We are growing company providing superior emergency property restoration services restoring structural and personal property caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions and we have a vision to become the “Titans” of the Restoration Industry.Role Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Estimating Manager to lead and scale our centralized estimating operation. This role owns estimate quality, cycle time, carrier performance, and team development while serving as the operational bridge between field leadership, insurance partners, and executive management.This is a leadership role with direct impact on revenue, production flow, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & PerformanceLead, coach, and develop the centralized estimating teamSet daily priorities, manage workloads, and ensure coverageMonitor individual performance, cycle times, accuracy, and complianceCreate and enforce SOPs for estimating, documentation, and carrier interactionEstimate OperationsOversee creation of all MIT & STR estimatesReview complex / high-risk files and large lossesEnsure program compliance (State Farm, Sedgwick, etc.)Approve all final estimates before submission when requiredCarrier & Revenue ManagementMaintain strong relationships with carriers and program partnersLead negotiations on complex files and disputed scopesDrive approval speed and reduce supplement leakageMonitor revenue flow and resolve bottlenecksCross-Department CoordinationPartner with Operations, Construction, Sales, and Field leadershipAlign estimating priorities with production capacitySupport market expansion and staffing planningReporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack KPIs: cycle time, accuracy, approval rate, revenue velocityIdentify process gaps and implement improvementsSupport training programs and onboarding for new estimatorsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of restoration estimating experienceAdvanced Xactimate & Symbility expertisePrior leadership or senior estimator experienceStrong insurance negotiation and carrier relationship skillsProven ability to manage high-volume production environmentsExceptional organizational, communication, and coaching abilitiesWhy Join UsBonus/CommissionDental, Disability, Life, Medical and Vision Insurance401K Company MatchPTO – Paid Time OffCompany PhoneFuel card for work-related travelCompany vehiclePhysical EnvironmentDaily travel is required, must be able to commute daily to customer locations and on-site projects.May be in non-climate-controlled environments and may be in office environments.Noise level in the work environment can be moderate to loud.
