Responsibilities
Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, routing them to medical emergency services and third-party providers as needed
Obtain critical information from callers, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Maintain quality results by following standards and emergency protocols
Document actions and complete forms, reports, logs, and records accurately
Perform general data entry tasks, including setting up new customer accounts and entering medical history
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work well under pressure and exhibit emotional control
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to providing excellent customer service
