This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively support both patient care and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
? Provide EMT support as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
? Assist with checking in patients and verifying necessary documentation.
? Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
? Serve as a key administrative contact for patient inquiries and scheduling.
? Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
? Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure efficient workflow.
? Uphold a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients.
Qualifications:
? Must have graduated from an accredited Emergency Medical Technician training program and hold a valid certification.
? Current BLS certification required.
? Experience in both clinical and administrative roles preferred.
? Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records.
? Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
? Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong leadership abilities.
