Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat channels.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve service and product offerings.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
Adhere to company procedures and privacy policies at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or remote setting.
Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
Comfortable multitasking and handling several conversations simultaneously.
A calm, empathetic, and patient demeanor with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required.
