ROLE:
We are seeking a skilled Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email and SMS campaigns, driving improved engagement and higher conversion rates. This role will focus on warming leads, boosting conversions, and optimizing deliverability. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Kajabi, funnels, and deliverability best practices.
We are looking for a results-driven marketer who can build, manage, and analyze campaigns to help accelerate business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions
• Build and optimize email sequences, funnels, and automation workflows within Kajabi
• Monitor and improve email and SMS deliverability performance
• Segment audiences and tailor messaging to specific customer journeys
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights
• Collaborate with leadership on messaging strategy and campaign planning
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing
• Deep expertise in Kajabi, including funnels and automation tools
• Strong knowledge of deliverability optimization and list management best practices
• Ability to write effective, conversion-focused copy for email and SMS
• Data-driven approach with a track record of improving conversion metrics
• Availability to work closely with leadership and other team members in a fast-paced environment
