Email & SMS Marketing Manager (Freelance / Part-Time)

Heiress Beverly Hills — Remote (US-based preferred) Part-Time / Freelance $1,500–$3,000 per month (DOE) About Heiress: Heiress Beverly Hills is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer women’s fashion brand focused on elevated fit, slow-fashion principles, and a refined, modern aesthetic. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a part-time email/SMS expert to scale our retention channels and elevate our brand storytelling through high-performing campaigns. This is a freelance/part-time role (10–20 hours per month) with strong growth potential. We are looking for someone who has worked with fashion, beauty, or luxury DTC brands and understands both strategy and design. Role: Email & SMS Marketing Manager (Freelance) We are looking for a highly skilled lifecycle marketer to fully own our email and SMS campaigns. The ideal candidate can conceptualize, write, and design elevated, high-converting campaigns, and has proven experience managing Klaviyo for modern fashion or beauty brands. All flows are already set up — this role focuses primarily on ongoing weekly campaigns, SMS strategy, optimization, and maintaining a premium brand aesthetic. Responsibilities Campaign Management (Main Focus) • Plan, design, and execute 2-4 email campaigns per week • Create Figma or Klaviyo-designed emails aligned with our elevated brand aesthetic • Write clean, conversion-focused copy in our brand voice • Build accompanying SMS sends (2–4 per week) • Develop monthly retention strategy based on product calendar Brand & Creative • Maintain a luxury, editorial, fashion-forward visual identity • Work with our social, creative, and performance teams to align messaging • Identify storytelling opportunities around collections, launches, and brand moments Optimization & Reporting • Review performance weekly and adjust subject lines, segmentation, and send strategy • Suggest A/B tests and optimization ideas • Identify gaps in existing flows (light optimization only—no heavy rebuilds required) Requirements • 2+ years managing email/SMS for DTC brands (fashion/beauty experience preferred) • Strong portfolio of designed email campaigns (Figma or Klaviyo) • Strong copywriting skills with an elevated, minimal, fashion-forward tone • Proficiency in Klaviyo + SMS platforms • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality campaigns consistently • Deep understanding of retention, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing Nice to Have • Experience with influencer-driven DTC brands • Understanding of product launch cycles • Ability to create light motion assets or GIFs • Experience collaborating with creative directors or social teams Compensation $1,500–$3,000 per month (depending on experience) Part-time, remote, flexible schedule Expected workload: 10–20 hours per month How to Apply Please submit: • Your resume • Portfolio of email designs (REQUIRED) • Examples of campaigns you strategized or executed • A short note on why you’d be a great fit for Heiress Apply tot his job
