Email Marketing Specialist – Workflow & Automation Setup (B2B SaaS)
Looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist for my SaaS AI startup to help me set up and optimize email workflows for both prospects and customers. Your role will be to design and implement smart, conversion-oriented email sequences that guide users from first touch to engaged customer, and then to loyal advocate.
Scope of Work:
• Build and optimize email workflows for different stages:
• Prospect nurturing
• New user onboarding
• Activation/engagement
• Upgrade and retention
• Set up workflows in our selected email platform (e.g., ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
• Write compelling subject lines and email copy that aligns with our brand voice
• Segment audiences for targeted messaging
• Recommend performance metrics and help set up A/B testing
• Collaborate with our team on lead magnets and CTAs to improve conversion
Requirements:
• Proven experience in email marketing automation for SaaS or B2B audiences
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience with modern email marketing platforms (please list your tools). I'm considering encharge.io
• Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and conversion funnels
• Bonus: Familiarity with project management audiences or AI tools
