This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in email marketing strategy, copywriting, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics for a mission-driven brand reaching 250K+ Gen Z and Millennial women. Key Responsibilities The Email Marketing & Strategy Intern will play a critical role in deepening Miss EmpowHer's connection with our newsletter subscribers and email audience. Your work will focus on: Email Copywriting & Campaign Development: Draft compelling, on-brand email copy for newsletters, event announcements, promotional campaigns, and subscriber welcome sequencesDevelop attention-grabbing subject lines and preview text designed to improve open ratesAssist in building and scheduling email campaigns within our email marketing platform (Beehiiv, Substack, or similar) Audience Strategy & Segmentation: Research and recommend list segmentation strategies to deliver more personalized and relevant content to subscribersAssist in developing automated email flows such as welcome sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and event follow-upsSupport list growth initiatives including lead magnets, opt-in incentives, and cross-platform promotion Analytics & Optimization: Track key email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and conversion ratesProvide performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related fieldStrong copywriting skills with the ability to write in a warm, inspiring, and relatable voice for Gen Z and Millennial womenFamiliarity with email marketing platforms (Beehiiv, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) is a plusBasic understanding of email marketing best practices including deliverability, and segmentationAnalytical mindset with comfort reviewing data and translating insights into strategyHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet campaign deadlines in a remote environmentA genuine passion for Miss EmpowHer's mission of women's empowerment, professional growth, and community Perks & Benefits Flexible schedule and remote work (2–3 hours/week)Hands-on experience building and executing real email marketing campaigns for a rapidly growing, mission-driven brandOpportunity to network with top professionals, founders, and leaders featured in our content and communityPersonalized LinkedIn recommendation from the Founder of Miss EmpowHerOpportunity to receive academic credit for an internship (depending on approval from your university) Deadline to Apply: April 27, 2026 (We strongly encourage you to submit your application ASAP as slots fill up quickly.
