Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing contact data, executing email campaigns, and coordinating exploratory meetings directly with customers. The position is part time and remote, with limited set schedule. Work where you want, when you want! The role will be expected to work a minimum of 10 hours per week towards completing assigned tasks. Number of hours worked will vary based on project flow and the demands of the position. Compensation is hourly and will, likewise, vary based on the number of hours worked within the pay period. We are seeking applicants who can... • Enter and maintain client and lead data from business cards and trade show reports in ActiveCampaign CRM • Build, manage, and optimize email automations and segmented email campaigns using ActiveCampaign • Send email communications to targeted customer segments • Respond to customer inquiries with personalized, handwritten email responses • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper organization of CRM data Enjoy a startup environment • When given objective, function independently without explicit systems and guidance • Be comfortable with frequently evolving processes and systems • Aid in identifying bottlenecks and waste with in their department and propose improvements to their team • Accepting of tasks and requests outside of their traditional scope of work Execute while being remote • Possess a quiet, secluded place to do uninterrupted work • 10-20 hours per week of available time, preferably in minimum of 2hr blocks • Has a PC or laptop with minimum specifications (Windows 10/11, Intel i5, Intel Xe or Nvidia 2000 series GPU, 8Gb DDR3 Ram) • Has reliable high-speed internet, a microphone, speakers, and a webcam • Can provide own IT support, including, troubleshooting connectivity issues, install software, maintain updates, etc. Thank you for your time.
