Email Designer (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week) – Long-Term Position - Contract to Hire
We are a fast-growing eCommerce Email Marketing Agency looking for a talented Email Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term role where you will create daily email designs, understand brand identity, and collaborate closely with our team. Overview Create 8 high-quality email designs per day Work 40 hours weekly Collaborate with copywriters and strategists Strong understanding of design principles and how to structure layouts for conversions Ability to fully understand a client’s brand tone and create eye-catching, on-brand designs Responsibilities Manage and design for 7–8 clients Create 8 email designs daily Follow instructions, brand guidelines, and feedback accurately Qualifications Strong English communication skills Deep understanding of email design strategy, including layout structure, CTA placement, visual hierarchy, etc. Must provide a design portfolio for evaluation (we compare your samples to actual brands to check accuracy, tone, and strategy) Must pass a 4-day trial after portfolio review Minimum 1 year experience in email design, preferably for eCommerce brands Apply tot his job
