Email & Content Marketing Specialist (Acrum)

Acrum, a subsidiary of Traffic Label, leverages cutting-edge technologies to manage marketing campaigns and scale advertising strategies. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Email & Content Marketing Specialist to join our ambitious team.
This role combines email marketing execution with creative content writing. You’ll be responsible for driving player engagement, retention, and conversion through impactful campaigns and compelling copy across multiple iGaming verticals.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns (daily, weekly, monthly) across multiple domains and websites.
• Write high-quality, engaging, and original content for email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Produce copy across different iGaming verticals, including casino, sportsbook, slots, and affiliate brands.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment and engaging campaign delivery.
• Optimise content for compliance, SEO, and player engagement, ensuring clear and responsible messaging.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, products, and player behaviour to create accurate and impactful copy.
• Manage ESP platforms (SendGrid, Elastic Email, Brevo, DotDigital, or similar), including list uploads, segmentation, scheduling, and testing.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue) and prepare structured reports with recommendations.
• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and responsible gambling standards across all content.
Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing and/or content writing, ideally within iGaming, online casino, or digital marketing.
• Proven hands-on experience with ESP platforms (SendGrid, Elastic Email, Brevo, DotDigital, or similar).
• Strong copywriting and content adaptation skills — ability to adjust tone depending on campaign type and audience.
• Solid understanding of player lifecycle, promotions, and iGaming compliance.
• Knowledge of email deliverability basics (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spam triggers, IP warming).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with GDPR, responsible marketing, and affiliate marketing KPIs (FTDs, CR%, EPC, ROI).
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities, comfortable handling large-scale operations.
• Strong written and spoken English (B1+); other European languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
• Experience with automation flows, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing.
