Elite TikTok Growth Strategist Needed to Explode Personal Brand (3–6 Month Organic Growth Mission)
I am looking for a high-level TikTok growth strategist to architect and guide the organic growth of my personal brand on TikTok over the next 3–6 months.
This is not a content posting role.
We already have an in-house social media team handling execution and posting. I am looking for a true strategist, someone who understands TikTok deeply and can design a clear, data-driven roadmap for significant organic growth.
The goal is to meaningfully scale reach, authority, and follower growth through intelligent strategy, testing, and optimization, not guesswork.
Objective
Build and implement a clear TikTok growth strategy that:
• Clarifies positioning and messaging

You:
• Have personally grown TikTok accounts to 100K+ followers (proof required)
• Understand TikTok algorithm mechanics in depth (retention, hook strength, completion rate, shareability, velocity, posting cadence)
• Can analyze analytics and pivot based on performance data
• Know how to structure high-impact hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
• Understand authority-driven and educational personal brands
• Can create a clear 90-day growth roadmap
• Are proactive, strategic, and comfortable leading direction
Bonus if you:
• Have scaled thought leaders, coaches, or founders
• Understand short-form storytelling psychology
• Know how to convert TikTok attention into email subscribers or monetization
• Have experience working alongside an in-house content team
