Requirements and Qualifications:
Active 305 CDE Certification, as required by the Connecticut State Department of Education
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with expertise in writing instruction and language development
Proven experience in teaching elementary classes, with a strong track record of success in a multicultural setting
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
