Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Electrician role in Noti. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their operations.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with wiring, equipment, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and testing devices.Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure consistent operation and avoid downtime.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes, as well as company safety standards.Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve electrical issues promptly.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in work orders or logs.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process or system upgrades.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or technical school preferred.Current Oregon Electrician License (General Journeyman or Limited Maintenance preferred).Proven experience in industrial or commercial electrical work, including troubleshooting and repair.Strong knowledge of electrical theory, National Electrical Code (NEC), and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in high or confined spaces as required.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.Availability to work swing shift hours, including occasional overtime or weekends as needed.What We Offer:Competitive hourly wage.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Stable employment with a company that values technical expertise and safety.Opportunities for training, advancement, and professional growth.A collaborative, safety-first culture focused on quality and innovation.At Legacy Talent Search, we are more than just a staffing agency.
