You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that bring electrical installations to life, while using your strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students.A key part of the role involves tracking and assessing learner progress, using this insight to plan effective support and ensure all students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.You’ll teach across a range of programmes, from Level 1 to Level 3, motivating and inspiring learners to reach their full potential.Ideally, you’ll have experience in teaching or have delivered training in the workplace—but this isn’t essential. All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met.
