In this role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee impactful electric distribution projects, and help advance resilient, reliable, and sustainable energy infrastructure.
What You'll Do::
Lead and inspire a team of electric distribution professionals, keeping a pulse on team morale and engagement and fostering engagement, collaboration, and technical excellenceOversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and operational activities to support the successful delivery of electric distribution projectsMentor and develop technical staff and managers, promoting high‑quality work that meets safety, schedule, and budget expectationsDirectly manage electric distribution projects of varying size and complexity—from planning and proposals through execution and closeoutMonitor project financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support business practice goalsMaintain clear, consistent communication with leadership and project teams, sharing performance updates, milestones, and successesChampion quality control, risk management, and project audits to ensure reliable, compliant, and resilient electric distribution solutions
What You Bring::
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred; or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceMinimum 10 years of combined project management and technical leadership experience requiredStrong background in business development and client relationshipsProven success as a leader—strategic, technically astute, and client-focusedExcellent written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and articulate in all settingsAbility to inspire, motivate, and build relationships across the companyStrong experience with project budgeting and financial oversightProfessional technical licensure required or equivalent professional experience

Salary Range::
$130,000 - $145,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
