Job Title: Sandbox EHRM Implementation Lead (Health IT)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeOverview:Emerging Tech is seeking a Sandbox EHRM Implementation Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) program. This role is responsible for coordinating sandbox environment activities in support of EHR deployment, ensuring alignment with deployment schedules, and supporting user readiness across sites.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day activities of the sandbox team supporting EHR implementationTrack, manage, and plan sandbox provisioning in alignment with EHRM deployment schedulesCoordinate with deployment, training, and change management teams to ensure users are identified and appropriately provisionedMonitor and track Cerner performance and delivery against sandbox requirementsSupport planning and execution of sandbox readiness activities across implementation sitesIdentify risks and support mitigation strategies related to sandbox environments and deployment timelinesTrack progress across cost, schedule, and performance metricsCommunicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including technical, clinical, and program teamsMinimum Qualifications:Must be authorized to work in the United States10+ years of professional experienceExperience managing Information Technology projectsStrong understanding of project management and system lifecycle methodologiesExperience tracking cost, schedule, and performanceAbility to identify and mitigate risksBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related technical fieldIn lieu of a degree, 18+ years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs programsExperience with Electronic Health Record implementation, preferably CernerExperience working in healthcare IT environmentsExperience supporting large-scale system deploymentsStrong stakeholder coordination and communication skillsBenefits:Retirement PlanGroup Health Insurance (Health, Dental, and Vision)Paid Time OffReferral BonusOpportunity for Performance Evaluation and Retention BonusCompensation:Full-Time Direct HireSalary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
