EHR Reporting Manager Position Summary
The EHR Reporting Manager leads TidalHealth's enterprise reporting and analytics function, delivering insights that support operational performance and data-driven decision-making, with primary responsibility for analytics solutions supported by Epic Cogito and related platforms. This role translates organizational strategy into actionable analytics initiatives, ensuring reporting solutions align with TidalHealth priorities and performance goals.
Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and the Process Improvement team, the manager prioritizes analytics needs, establishes data standards, and oversees the development of reliable reports and data extracts. The role also leads TidalHealth's analytics team, promotes strong data governance, and advances a culture of continuous improvement and analytics excellence.
EHR Reporting Manager Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related degree required. Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 4+ years business intelligence and clinical informatics
• 2+ years of work experience managing team(s)
• Healthcare industry experience
• Project management experience
• Previous Epic experience preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and communication skills are required

• Exempt, salaried position.
EHR Reporting Manager Benefits
• At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range:$95,763.20-$148,428.80 Commensurate with experience
