Jewelry Specialist
Engage directly with guests to deliver personalized, high-value shopping experiences
Educate customers about EFFYs fine jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and stories
Drive individual sales through expert product knowledge and polished communication
Brand Ambassador / Public Speaker:
Represent EFFY through dynamic public speaking and onboard marketing presentations
Host events, seminars, and interactive sessions to showcase our signature collections
Build excitement and awareness for the brand across diverse onboard audiences
Jewelry Manager (Assistant Manager)
Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, inventory control, and team scheduling
Lead and develop a high-performance sales team, coaching to maximize results
Ensure an elevated luxury experience aligned with EFFYs brand standards
Who We're Looking For
Energetic professionals with a passion for fine jewelry and luxury guest service
Confident communicatorswhether in one-on-one interactions or in front of large audiences
Proven sales achievers with a desire to grow in a performance-based environment

What You Should Know Before You Apply
