Job Title:
Community Outreach & Referral Partner (Remote, Part-Time)
About Us:
Primed and Prepped is a Buffalo-based tutoring service focused on kindergarten readiness and early elementary academic support. We provide personalized, in-home and flexible-location sessions that help young learners build confidence and foundational skills. Every relationship begins with a warm, child-centered assessment to ensure comfort and trust.
Position Overview:
This is a very small, part-time, commission-based role, ideal as a side hustle for someone who is already active in parenting, education, or community spaces. You’ll be responsible for connecting local families with our services by spreading awareness, making referrals, and helping build our client base.
The role is flexible and fully remote — there are no required hours or quotas. You’ll be compensated for every successful referral that results in a booked session or tutoring package.
Key Responsibilities:
• Share Primed and Prepped in relevant online or in-person community spaces (e.g., parenting groups, local forums, neighborhood chats)
• Refer families to our website or intake form
• Keep simple records of your outreach and referrals
• Offer occasional feedback on messaging or community engagement
• Optional: Help with flyer distribution or local outreach events
Compensation:
This is a commission-based opportunity. You’ll earn a percentage of each tutoring package booked through your referral, as well as flat-rate compensation for individual sessions such as readiness assessments and one-on-one appointments.
Compensation scales with the value of the booking, and there is no cap on earnings. Additional performance bonuses may be available for consistent or high-volume referrals.
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with local family networks and Buffalo-area communities
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own outreach
• Access to email and internet for tracking and communication
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in education, childcare, outreach, or community engagement
• Active in parenting groups, school networks, or neighborhood communities
• Background in marketing, referrals, or grassroots promotion
• Understanding of early education and family needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $70.00 per day
Expected hours: 7 – 40 per week
