We aren't enthralled with patting ourselves on the back everyday, but it does feel good :)The Role:Our expectation of this role is that you become a major contributor in assisting our clients on their enrollment process from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to help determine all the payers they will need to be enrolled withCreate EDI Master List that organize all enrollments Prompt will be responsible for and all of the enrollments (and their instructions) that the customer will need to performComplete drafts of all EDI enrollments and seek approval from customer for submissionObtain signature from clients on all EDI enrollment formsFile the enrollment forms payers and clearinghouse as neededWork with the client to fill out all the forms in which they are responsible to complete, submit and follow up withEnsure sure the client fills out all the formsEmail/Call to follow up on all filings at recurring intervalsLearn and leverage our helpdesk software in order to file and follow up on enrollments and communicate with customersDuring times where enrollments are complete, cross train with EDI analysts on how to be an effective contributor to the general help desk software conversation queue Minimum Requirements:Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process from start to finish for Part A and/or Part B facilitiesExperience as EDI Enrollment specialist and/or credentialing specialist, completing enrollment process from start to finishClear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skillsDemonstrated extreme attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgencyExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting.Nice-to-have Qualifications:Prior startup and/or B2B SaaS technology organization experienceExperience in any function of clinical development or medical billing operations (clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, system management, information management, medical monitoring, RCM follow up, claim review and submission, etc.)Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support softwareExperience with healthcare data/systems, ideally clinical/operational clinical trial data/systemsKnowledge of e-clinical systems and technologies (e.g. EMR, RTM, HEP, CRM, HIEs, etc)Perks - What you can expect:Competitive salariesRemote environmentPotential equity compensation for outstanding performance401kHealth Insurance BenefitsGenerous PTOCompany-wide sponsored lunchesPrompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is an equal opportunity employer, indiscriminate of race, color, religion, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability, medical condition, or any other protected characteristic.
