Ecosystem Growth Lead - APAC

We're looking for an APAC ecosystem growth lead with a deep understanding of Web3, and a strong network across East Asia.In this role, you'll work directly with the Caldera's CEO, Matt Katz, to bolster Caldera's presence in Asia. This is a highly dynamic role that includes business development and marketing responsibilities, and requires strong marketing skills and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies independently.Requirements:Must live in a tier-1 hub for crypto in APAC region (eg. Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul)Experience in either marketing or business development roles within the Web3 spaceStrong understanding of APAC cultural, technological, and business landscapeStrong existing network within the blockchain communityAbility to work autonomously and independently and execute well, even under ambiguityFluent in Korean, Chinese or other prominent APAC language, and proficient in EnglishResponsibilities:Forge partnerships with key players in the APAC marketLead community engagement efforts, including in-person events and virtual marketing campaignsDevelop and implement growth strategies tailored to the APAC market.Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teamsAbout CalderaCaldera is the network-of-networks that enables dynamic, scalable blockchain experiences.
