eCommerce Sales Manager UK

Take full sales responsibility for Mondi’s eCommerce packaging solutions in the UK, driving new business development and sustainable growth with existing accounts. Identify new business opportunities within the eCommerce market, leveraging Mondi’s full portfolio and anticipating emerging trends in eCommerce packaging. Develop and implement a 3‑year strategic account plan for key customers, aligned with Mondi’s broader eCommerce strategy. Build strong, long‑term customer partnerships based on trust, innovation, and shared value creation.Collaborate closely with our plants, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and keep Mondi ahead of the curve. Contribute actively to Mondi’s eCommerce market intelligence by bringing customer insights into our strategy and innovation pipeline. Your profile: 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management (ideally in the packaging industry). Proven experience in budget management, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and account profitability reviews.A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and unlock new business opportunities in competitive, mature markets. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer‑specific KPIs, uncover needs, and develop tailored value propositions. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with a track record of engaging senior decision‑makers. A collaborative approach, working effectively across functions (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.High willingness to travel (incl. outside the UK). Confident working with CRM tools and data‑driven sales processes.
