Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and engaging email templates that drive customer... engagement and conversions for eCommerce brands
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling email marketing campaigns that reflect the brand's identity and key messages
Create and optimize responsive email designs that are compatible with various devices and email clients
Incorporate best practices in email design, ensuring a seamless user experience that enhances click-through rates and overall performance
Stay updated on current trends and technological advancements in email marketing and design
Review and analyze the performance of email campaigns and make iterative improvements based on data-driven insights
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Designer or similar role within the eCommerce sector
Strong proficiency in email design software and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing and campaign analysis
Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense, capable of creating visually stunning designs
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus
