We are currently seeking a talented and motivated eCommerce Customer Development Manager to join our Pure Play / Amazon Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital commerce innovation, driving the online success of our Home & Personal Care categories on the world's largest eCommerce platform.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic bridge between our brand vision and digital execution, translating marketing strategies into powerful online sales and shopper experiences. What You Will Do
As an eCommerce Customer Development Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online performance of our Home & Personal Care categories. Your responsibilities will include:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Retail Marketing, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, and Content teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies and campaigns.
P&L Management: Own and manage the HPC (Home & Personal Care) Profit & Loss, delivering against key performance indicators including Net Sales, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Profit, Market Share, and executional excellence.
End-to-End eCommerce Planning: Lead the complete eCommerce planning process, managing the 7Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence), forecasting, and planning from inception to completion—both internally and with external partners.
Data Analytics & Insights: Master advanced data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Influence: Influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure effective execution of search optimization, content strategy, and shopper marketing activities based on deep customer understanding and market insights.
Supply Chain Partnership: Work closely with our supply chain team to ensure products are consistently in stock, available, and delivered efficiently to meet online demand and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
Content Implementation: Lead content implementation initiatives and partner with the Omni Marketing team to identify and execute content optimization opportunities that enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.
Amazon Partnership: Liaise directly with Amazon's Strategic Account representatives to drive key business opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and expand our digital footprint on the platform.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or eCommerce
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business dynamics and develop comprehensive reporting to support data-driven decision making
Digitally savvy with a curious mindset and deep understanding of eCommerce dynamics, trends, and best practices
Proficiency with Google Docs applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and other digital collaboration tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with and engage cross-functional stakeholders
Strong accountability mindset—take ownership of deliverables and drive results against both individual and company-wide goals
Perseverance and resilience to overcome obstacles and deliver sustainable growth

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or eCommerce roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry
Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or prior Amazon seller/vendor experience
Knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem, advertising platforms, and retail analytics tools
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues before they escalate
Experience with data visualization tools and advanced analytics platforms
Familiarity with retailer-specific metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize that our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to providing competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. The salary range for this position is $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD, determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
In addition to competitive base pay, eligible salaried employees may also receive:
