About the position

The Ecommerce Coordinator at SMCP North America is responsible for coordinating and executing the email marketing strategy, maintaining brand engagement, and enhancing customer loyalty. This role involves managing product launches, overseeing daily operations of the eCommerce platform, and conducting business analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.

Responsibilities
• Manage product launches and categorization on the eCommerce platform.
,
• Filter attributes and create product recommendations for customers.
,
• Oversee daily maintenance and navigation of the eCommerce site.
,
• Perform regular checks to identify product, inventory, or functionality issues.
,
• Collaborate with the CRM team to create product selections for email/SMS campaigns.
,
• Update SEO data and support content management efforts.
,
• Develop assets and refresh content on the website.
,
• Set up promotions, including sale pages and campaign content.
,
• Provide suggestions for website improvements and process optimizations.
,
• Deliver regular business reporting on return reasons data and product performance.
,
• Supervise one intern on daily supporting tasks.

Requirements
• 1-2 years' experience in a related field.
,
• Bachelor's degree.
,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop).
,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
,
• Proven experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
,
• Experience with Salesforce and GA4 is a plus.
,
• Fluent in French is helpful but not required.

• Experience in eCommerce within the retail industry.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner.
