Ecommerce Coordinator
Trade Coffee is transforming the specialty coffee market by connecting customers with independent roasters across the country. They are seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to enhance the digital experience on their site, focusing on operational execution, experimentation, and improving key ecommerce metrics.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day ecommerce execution — partnering with marketing, lifecycle, product, and merchandising teams to coordinate site updates, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional moments that reflect current campaign priorities and the broader content calendarSupport the organization and presentation of products across collections, featured placements, and merchandising modules to create an intuitive and engaging shopping experienceHelp maintain product taxonomy, tagging, and categorization to support merchandising, product discovery, and site navigationRun QA on onsite updates and manage weekly processes to identify unexpected site changesSupport the execution of ecommerce experiments, including homepage tests, funnel optimizations, and pricing experimentsMonitor site performance and report on key ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and product performanceObserve customer behavior signals such as product engagement, click-through rates, and browsing patterns to surface opportunities to improve site performanceIdentify opportunities to improve site organization, merchandising, and operational workflows that enhance the customer experience, and help coordinate solutionsSkills1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or site operations for a consumer-facing brandHands-on experience working in Shopify or similar ecommerce platformsExperience executing or supporting onsite merchandising updates, product launches, or campaign rolloutsStrong attention to detail and comfort managing complex site updatesProficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysisExperience working with ecommerce analytics tools, such as Looker or similar platformsExperience collaborating with merchandising, marketing, product, or lifecycle teams to execute campaigns or site updatesComfort working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environmentExperience supporting ecommerce experimentation or A/B testing programsFamiliarity with ecommerce tools such as Shopify apps, or experimentation platformsInterest in consumer marketplaces, subscription businesses, or product discovery experiencesBenefitsUnlimited vacation$500 a year to spend on amazing coffeeBest-in-class health benefits and a 401(k)Twice-monthly catered lunchesA pet-friendly officeTwo paid days of Trade-sponsored community service each yearComprehensive benefits, including company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including vacation time and parental leave) in accordance with applicable plans and policies.Company OverviewTrade turns coffee drinkers into coffee lovers It was founded in 2016, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
