eBay Chat Support (German + English) – Auto Parts
Job Description
We are launching a large eBay auto parts business (100,000+ listings) starting September 1st. We need a reliable support person who will handle all eBay chat messages from customers.
Your main job:
•Answer customer questions on eBay chat (in German with German speaking buyers, in english with all other and in English with me).
• Look up auto parts based on customer requests.
• Use ChatGPT to explain client messages and extract part info, code.
• Search for the part in TecDoc catalog.
• Take the correct code and find the part in our eCommerce system.
• Send the offer and sell the part directly to the customer in eBay chat.
That’s it – you are not responsible for shipping, returns, or anything outside chat, just source parts, sell on chat and answer clients questions.
Work Hours
• You must be available during German working hours (08:00–17:00 CET).
• If you want to be available 24/7, you can earn more – every sale counts.
Payment Structure
This is performance-based pay.

Requirements
• Fluent German (to chat with customers).
• Good English (to chat with customers and me).
• (Bonus) Experience in auto parts or eBay customer support.
• Willing to learn: I will train you to use chatgpt, TecDoc, and our eCommerce system, to source parts for customers
