Sales Representative WordPress Website Solutions (Remote)
Role summary: We are seeking experienced sales professionals to sell custom WordPress website projects on a commission-only basis. This role offers uncapped commission potential; typical Year 1 earnings for top performers are in the $50,000 6 $120,000+ range depending on performance.

THE ROLE
• Prospecting and cold outreach to small business owners & service-based companies
• Consultative discovery calls identifying website pain points
• Presenting custom WordPress website solutions ($3,500–$5,000 per project)
• Closing deals and handing off to delivery team
• Managing your own pipeline using our CRM (we provide access)
Your Target Market: Small business owners in service industries (real estate, chiropractors, coaches, e-commerce)—decision-makers who know their site is hurting their business but don't have in-house technical expertise.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
• Proven sales playbook & cold-calling framework tailored to web design
• Pre-built CRM with lead management system
• Sales collateral: case studies, ROI calculator, demo videos
• Weekly coaching calls to refine your pitch
• Warm introductions from satisfied clients (referral support)
• Clear deal definition & payment terms (commission paid 50% upon close, 50% upon delivery)

WHAT YOU BRING
• 2+ years B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS, services, or software sales)
• Ability to close 15–20+ calls per week consistently
• Self-discipline; you manage your own time and pipeline
• Comfort with rejection and persistence in cold outreach
• Sales DNA: hungry, driven, results-oriented
