Key Responsibilities
As an Early Morning Stocker, your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring shelves and storage areas are stocked with the right products to meet customer demand
Unpacking and breaking down merchandise cartons and pallets to maintain a clean and organized store environment
Displaying advertising and pricing signs to promote products and drive sales
Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in locating and selecting the best solutions for their pets
Cleaning display cases, shelves, and aisles to maintain a clean and safe store environment
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as an Early Morning Stocker at PetSmart, you will need:
A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including inventory management, customer service, and store operations
The ability to work during non-operating store hours, which may include weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred qualifications include:
Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment
Knowledge of pet care and supplies
