Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to deliver high-quality instructional support
Provide individualized and group support to students, promoting academic and personal growth
Assist in documenting student progress and preparing materials and equipment
Participate in bus supervision, ensuring student safety during loading and unloading
Engage with parents and families, encouraging strong involvement and participation in the ECE program
Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; 48 college semester hours or passing score on the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment (KPA) exam
Demonstrated language skills, with ability to read, understand, and effectively use written and verbal communication
Successful experience working with children, in individual or group settings
Program-specific certifications and training; completion of required trainings within 90 days of employment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
