Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Development Specialist to join their innovative team. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing engaging educational programs for children aged 2-5. Your responsibilities will include developing age-appropriate curriculum materials, creating virtual learning activities, and providing remote guidance and support to parents and guardians. Design and deliver interactive online learning sessions and activities that foster curiosity and engagement. Create supportive resources and guidance materials for parents and caregivers to facilitate at-home learning. Conduct virtual developmental assessments and provide constructive feedback to families. Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in early childhood education and digital learning. Collaborate with a remote team of educators and specialists to continuously improve program offerings. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and engagement. Adapt teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning styles and needs within a virtual environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working directly with young children in an educational setting. Proven experience with online teaching platforms and virtual learning tools. Strong understanding of child development milestones and pedagogical approaches. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, especially in a remote context. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote-first environment. Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills in curriculum development and activity design. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
