Develop and execute a recruiting plan at targeted schools
Build relationships with career centers, student organizations, and relevant departments
Promote employer brand across campuses to attract diverse talent
Manage end-to-end recruiting process for Early Careers roles
Track and analyze recruiting data to adjust strategies for optimal results
What Is Required (Qualifications)
1 to 2 years of Early Careers Recruiting experience
1+ year of technical full life cycle recruiting experience
1+ year of sourcing experience for technical and/or sales positions
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience recruiting in Workday ATS
