EAP Therapist (Remote/In-person)

Overview
This posting is for independently, clinically licensed therapists who are licensed in Washington, Idaho, Utah, Nevada or Arizona ONLY (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, CMHC, CPC, LMHC)

New group practice seeking a part or full-time therapist to join us in delivering excellent mental health therapy to EAP clients. This means that you'll be provided with referrals for clients who are employees using this benefit.

Clients and Compensation:
• Clients are employees and employee dependents.
• You choose if you'd like to work with adults, kids, or couples.
• Multiple reminders are sent to clients on your behalf; no show rates are low.
• No show appointments are paid at $25.00
• Hourly rate is a flat $70.00.
• Clients can be seen virtually or in-person.

Who you are:
• Independently Clinically Licensed-WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING APPLICANTS WHO ARE UNLICENSED OR INTERNS AT THIS TIME.
• MUST BE licensed in the state of Arizona, Washington, Idaho, Utah, or Nevada.
• You don't like being micromanaged but do like doing your own thing, with occasional virtual check ins.
• Your ethics are unwavering and you treat clients with the utmost respect.
• You are a highly skilled therapist and can provide quality assessments and diagnoses.
• You're able to grow your practice slowly but consistently.
• You're smart, motivated, ethical, and you genuinely care about your clients.
• You have excellent written and verbal skills.
• It is requested that you see at least 10 clients a week, but this is flexible.
• You will be paid on time, without exception.

Pay: $70.00 per hour
