SAP Finance Architect

Summary:
ā¢ We are seeking an experienced ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) Architect to solution, manage design, implementation, and governance of finance and controlling processes
ā¢ The FICO Architect will play a key role in harmonizing global financial processes, ensuring compliance with American statutory, audit, and regulatory standards including FDA, SOX, and other financial reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solution design, configuration, and process alignment.
ā¢ Translate global and regional finance, accounting, and cost management requirements into optimized SAP solutions.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory accounting, and audit standards (FDA,, SOX, IFRS).
ā¢ Drive standardization of financial processes across entities and geographies.Collaborate with business, tax, and audit teams to define control frameworks and financial reporting structures.
ā¢ Support integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Systems for end-to-end financial visibility.
ā¢ Coordinate with Customer stakeholders and offshore teams for solution delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
ā¢ 12-15 years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience, including S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance experience preferred).
ā¢ Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA.
ā¢ Strong understanding of financial compliance frameworks SOX, FDA, and IFRS.
ā¢ Experience in multi-entity, multi-country environments within manufacturing or healthcare industries.
ā¢ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Preferably MBA Finance or CASAP Certified in S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting.
ā¢ Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury modules.
ā¢ Exposure to multinational rollouts.
