Learn more about us at www.e4.health.JOB DESCRIPTION The Epic Clinical Project Coordinator assists in planning, executing, and monitoring healthcare IT projects related to Epic systems. This role works closely with clinical staff, IT teams, and leadership to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate day-to-day activities for Epic-related clinical projects Support project managers with timelines, deliverables, and documentation Collaborate with clinicians, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership Assist with workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives Schedule and facilitate meetings, training sessions, and communications Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, issue logs, etc.) Help manage risks, issues, and change requests Support testing phases (unit testing, integrated testing, user acceptance testing)Assist with go-live planning and post-implementation support
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, project coordination, or IT support Familiarity with Epic Clinical ApplicationsStrong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working with Epic modules (e.g., ClinDoc, Orders, Ambulatory) Knowledge of clinical workflows in hospital or outpatient settings Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) KEY SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES:Integrity, passion, and ethics are required Demonstrates strong collaboration skills Has strong analytic and problem-solving abilities and techniques Exhibit consistent initiative with strong drive for results and success Demonstrate commitment to a team environment? The items listed below pertain to Full-Time Employees only (includes contractors working full time hours):BENEFITS: We offer an excellent salary, medical, dental, vision, life, short/long term disability insurance, and PTO policy. PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time. Feeling is required over 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time. The ability to travel to field sites may be required up to 15% of the time.WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable is present in only unusual situations.PAY RANGEPay range for this position is $80-85/hr.e4health is an equal opportunity employer.
