Join us and redefine what’s next for you.What you’ll do:Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupports orders sold and delivered in the same country and for two or more geographies within the same regionHandles the E2E Customer Operations processes for Pointnext Technology ServicesReceives Sales/Partner requests, analyzes it and process it directly in HPE systemsSME support for AOLs (Complaints, Process questions, compliance)Training support for AOLsTransform Sales/Partner request into clear and complete instructions to the processing teamCheck if any information missing and wrong conflicting information, clarification with Sales/partners to ensures that all approvals, authorizations, and terms and conditions are included with the request Ensures that country specials/account specials are taken into consideration Must ensure linkage with Credit analyst and confirms credit checkObtain multivendor pricingComplete Order Acceptance ChecklistPerform Quality Checks Ensure upcoming renewals for the accounts are ready and available for Sales within the legal periods.
