E-Learning Developer Needed for Curriculum Transformation

We are looking for a talented E-Learning Developer to convert our current curriculum into an engaging online learning format. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating interactive modules and utilizing e-learning authoring tools. You will work closely with our team to ensure that the new content is both educational and user-friendly. Scope of Work:

- Review our existing curriculum content (text, visuals, and videos)

- Build out the digital curriculum structure (modules, lessons, activities, and assessments)

- Integrate videos, animations, and interactive elements for an engaging learner experience

- Ensure ease of navigation and a visually appealing design aligned with our brand

- Create a system that allows schools or districts to:

- License and access the curriculum

- Organize by classes or cohorts

- Track and manage user data or progress

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience building online courses or digital learning platforms

- Strong understanding of e-learning tools, LMS design, and user experience

- Familiarity with Moodle (preferred) or other similar platforms (Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Kajabi, etc.)

- Ability to design interactive and visually compelling digital learning environments

- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate educational content into engaging digital modules

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with our curriculum and media teams

Deliverables:

- Fully built, branded digital curriculum hosted on an LMS (Moodle or other approved platform)

- Integration of our existing media assets (videos, animations, PDFs, graphics)

- User experience testing and revisions

- Implementation guide for our team and partner schools
