• Offer ongoing mentorship, coaching, and strategy support
• Apply tested marketing frameworks and success systems
• Participate in advanced training and continuous personal development
• Maintain autonomy while staying connected to a supportive, purpose-driven global community.
Ideal Background & Skills
• 5+ years of experience in coaching, sales, recruiting, or leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities—both written and verbal
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Zoom, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar platforms
• Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own time and schedule
• A strong passion for mindset development, leadership, and coaching
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
