E-commerce Operations and Logistics Manager
We are lookingfor an E-commerce Operations and Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain team. Oversee deliveries and manage import procedures across multiple regions
Coordinate various shipments (internal and external)
Handle and resolve support tickets related to logistics and shipping
Source and assess freight forwarders in global markets
Prepare and deliver operational reports as requested
Assist with data entry and back-office logistics tasks
Support and help coordinate outsourced warehousing operationsInitiate and participate in projects aimed at improving logistics processes and achieving KPIs
Be an essential part of our flagship product’s operations, tackling the challenges that come with it
We expect you to
Have experience managing supply chain operations after product development
Know how to coordinate multi-region deliveries
Understand customs and import regulations
Have prior experience with U.S.-based operations or familiarity with the U.S. e-commerce market
Be experienced in both logistics and e-commerce, including working with 3PLs
Bonus: background in physical product management or logistics development
Possess a problem-solving mindset and strong strategic + analytical thinking skills
Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in execution
Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders—in fluent English
SalaryGross salary range is 2300-2700 EUR/month.LocationVilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.Speaking of perks:
