E-Commerce Developer (Shopify, Wordpress, CRO & Analytics)
Who You Are: You’re a hands-on problem solver who loves making eCommerce websites not just look great — but perform. You understand how design, copy, and data work together to turn clicks into customers, and you’re comfortable switching between creative collaboration and deep technical problem-solving. You’ve worked on Shopify stores with consistent sales and solid traffic, and you know what it takes to scale — optimizing pages, rolling out test winners, and making sure every ad dollar is properly tracked. When something breaks, you’re the calm in the storm. You take ownership, find the fix, and get things back online fast. Description: We’re looking for a full-time E-Commerce Developer to lead all technical aspects of a Wordpress and Shopify-based brand being relaunched after a period of dormancy. You’ll be the go-to technical partner on a small, high-performing team that includes a media buyer, copywriter, operations manager, and brand manager. Your mission: keep our store fast, functional, and optimized for sales. You’ll own everything from split-testing and CRO implementation to tracking, analytics, and landing page development — making sure every click, pixel, and page helps drive measurable growth. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and creative to bring ideas to life, run experiments, roll out winning variations, and ensure tracking and data are rock-solid. The role ramps up quickly to full-time and requires availability during Pacific Time (U.S.) hours, though we value flexibility as long as deliverables and meetings are handled on time.
