As an E-Commerce Data Specialist at Workwarp, you will be a vital contributor to the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' online presence on the Amazon platform. What You Will Do:
Precision Data Input: Accurately input and manage a wide range of product data into Amazon's proprietary database, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory levels, and variations.
Dynamic Listing Maintenance: Proactively update and maintain existing product listings to reflect changes in product information, pricing, promotions, and availability. This includes adapting to evolving Amazon policies and best practices.
Data Integrity Assurance: Implement rigorous quality checks to ensure all product data adheres to Amazon's strict accuracy and completeness standards. Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, errors, and omissions.
Collaborative Issue Resolution: Work closely with team members and other departments to investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to product listings. This involves communication, problem-solving, and implementing corrective actions.
Clear and Concise Reporting: Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and potential roadblocks to supervisors through regular updates and proactive escalation of concerns. Maintain detailed records of data entry activities and resolutions.
Process Adherence & Improvement: Strictly adhere to established guidelines, procedures, and quality assurance protocols for data entry and listing management. Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Educational Foundation: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM).
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
Detail-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
