Your mission:
• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and order processing.
• Monitor and maintain account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and resolving any performance or policy-related issues.
• Oversee product creation and listing optimization, ensuring listings are accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand and category requirements.
• Create and manage A+ Content to enhance product detail pages and improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Handle case management through Seller Central support to resolve listing, account, or fulfillment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Amazon's e-commerce landscape, including marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Manage and optimize Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) operations, ensuring compliance with delivery performance and customer service metrics.
• Oversee storage and fulfillment, including FBA and FBM logistics, inbound shipments, restocking, and inventory performance metrics.
• Ensure Pan-EU Parity, managing pricing, compliance, and product listings across European marketplaces in alignment with local regulations.
• Analyze and improve Buy Box performance, implementing strategies to increase win rate and sales.
