About the role

Fellers is developing and improving its current and future e-commerce sites, including Fellers.com, CheetahWrap.com, DigiCut.com, Interwestauto.com, designerfilms.com and MetroRestyling.com. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented digital marketer who is data-driven, execution-focused, and results-oriented to support and grow our online business.

The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the revenue growth of our e-commerce business, performance of all Fellers websites, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, leading SEO initiatives, analyzing digital performance data, and partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing the customer experience, improving website performance, and driving digital engagement in our customer base. A strong understanding of web platforms (with a deep understanding of Shopify), analytics tools, SEO, and paid digital media is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving digital environment to help achieve the organization’s strategic goals.

Duties
• Lead efforts to scale Ecommerce revenue through strategic planning, execution, and optimization.
• Drive improved site performance and day-to-day operation of all company websites (Fellers.com, CheetahWrap.com, DigiCut.com, Interwestauto.com, designerfilms.com and MetroRestyling.com)
• Manage and prioritize site updates, enhancements, and technical functionality in coordination with internal stakeholders and external developers
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversion
• Own Google Analytics (including GA4) setup, monitoring, and reporting across all websites
• Track and analyze key performance indicators including site traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance and deliver regular, actionable insights to Marketing and Executive Leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead SEO strategy across all websites including keyword research, content optimization, tagging, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and external SEO partners to ensure technical and on-page best practices are met
• Stay current with SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates
• Partner with internal stakeholders and digital agencies to plan and execute digital campaigns (SEM, paid social, organic social, email marketing, retargeting, etc.).
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing recommendations for optimization
• Align digital initiatives with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Manage relationships with digital marketing and SEO agencies, ensuring accountability and delivery of performance goals
• Coordinate efforts between agencies, web developers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Lead and manage a team that includes the Website Specialist and Marketing Coordinators, providing day-to-day direction, support, and performance oversight to ensure alignment with digital and marketing goals.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align messaging and digital strategies
• Support e-commerce projects across departments and contribute to a customer-focused online experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-6 years hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and website management
• Proficient in Google Analytics (including GA4), SEM Rush, SEO tools, and e-commerce platforms
• Working knowledge of website CMS platforms; ability to collaborate with developers and manage technical updates
• Experience managing agency relationships and executing digital campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication, project management, employee management, and organizational skills
• Growth mindset with a strong attention to detail and bias for action

Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The pay range for this role is:

125,000 - 135,000 USD per year(Remote)
