Job Summary
We are hiring a highly competent Accountant with strong expertise in Amazon USA seller bookkeeping and Pakistan-based company accounting and taxation. This is a hands-on ownership role. The selected candidate must independently set up, manage, and optimize complete accounting systems for both Amazon seller accounts and Zyeron SMC-Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
A. Amazon USA Seller Bookkeeping & Accounting
You will fully manage accounting for Amazon seller operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and manage complete bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile Amazon Seller Central settlements with QuickBooks and Sellerboard.
- Record and categorize:
1. Sales revenue
2. Amazon fees (FBA, referral, storage, refunds, reimbursements)
3. COGS and landed costs
4. Freight, duties, logistics
5. Refunds and chargebacks
6. Maintain accurate inventory accounting.
7. Reconcile inventory reports and track lost/damaged reimbursements.
8. Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and profitability reports (SKU-level).
9. Perform bank, credit card, and payment processor reconciliations.
10. Identify financial discrepancies and maintain clean, audit-ready books.
Required strengths:
- Advanced QuickBooks expertise
- Strong working knowledge of Sellerboard
- Deep understanding of Amazon financial reports

B. Pakistan Company (Zyeron SMC-Pvt Ltd) Bookkeeping & Taxation
You will manage complete accounting and compliance for the Pakistan entity and create a sustainable reporting model for cash flow visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain structured chart of accounts and accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage receivables, payables, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle income tax, withholding tax, and sales tax compliance.
- Ensure FBR documentation and audit readiness.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Maintain documentation for cross-border payments.
Payroll & Internal Controls
- Manage payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Ensure tax compliance and proper payroll records.
- Establish SOPs and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CA/CPA preferred).
- Proven experience in Amazon USA seller accounting.
- Strong expertise in QuickBooks and Sellerboard.
- Experience handling Pakistan company bookkeeping and taxation.
- Ability to independently set up accounting systems from scratch.
- Strong reconciliation and reporting skills.
