Role: Dynamics Quote-to-Invoice and CPQ Techno-functional ConsultantDuration: 12+ Months Location: Remote RoleJob Description- Seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) Techno-functional Consultant with a strong background in Quote-to-Invoice processes and B2B returns in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and 7+ years of experience specifically in Quote-to-Invoice processes. This role requires a strong blend of functional process knowledge and technical solution delivery across the B2B sales and service domain, with a preference for candidates having industry-specific experience in distribution, manufacturing, or high-tech sectors.Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end Dynamics 365 CPQ and Quote-to-Invoice implementations. Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for quoting, pricing, invoicing, and returns management. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture, business rules, and workflows. Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules including: - CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) - Sales and Invoicing - B2B Returns and Service Management Define and execute test plans including unit testing, SIT, and UAT. Support integrations with ERP, CRM, and external pricing engines. Develop functional designs and collaborate with developers for customizations, plugins, and Power Platform extensions. Work closely with global teams to deliver scalable solutions across regions.
